2. Quotes and Pricing Quotes are estimates unless stated as fixed. Final price may change if the scope changes or if extra work is requested.

3. Scheduling We aim to keep your scheduled date, but weather, job conditions, or safety issues may shift the time or day. We will send updates by SMS or phone if needed.

4. Payments

Payment is due as stated in your invoice. Late or missed payments may lead to added fees. Failure to pay may result in work being paused or cancelled.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

• Providing accurate information If access is blocked or unsafe, we may reschedule and charge a fee.

7. Work Conditions and Safety

We may pause or reschedule work for weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues. We may refuse work if it creates safety risks for our crew.

8. Property Damage

We take care when working on your property. If damage happens due to hidden hazards or inaccurate information, we are not responsible. If our team causes clear damage, we will work with you to make it right.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Same day cancellations may lead to a fee.

10. Photos and Media

We may take before and after photos of work areas for:

• Records

• Training

• Marketing

We will not post photos that show your face, license plates, or anything that identifies you without your consent.

11. Liability

Pacific Growth Strategies LLC DBA ProScape Hawaii is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather or conditions outside our control

• Damage from pests, sprinklers, irrigation issues, or soil problems

• Injury or damage caused by ignoring our safety instructions

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

12. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Age Restriction (18+): By using our website, requesting services, or opting into our SMS communications, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years of age. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
