By using ProScape Hawaii ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. Using the Service means you accept them.

What this service is

ProScape Hawaii is a referral service that matches homeowners with independent Hawaii landscaping contractors (licensed where the work requires it). We are not a contractor and do not perform landscaping work directly. All work is performed by independent pros that you contract with separately.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information.
• Treat matched pros with respect. They're independent business owners.
• Verify license, insurance, and references before signing any contract or paying any deposit.
• Resolve any disputes about completed work directly with the contractor.

No warranty

While we vet pros before adding them to our network, we make no warranty about the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by any matched contractor. You hire the contractor; we make the introduction.

Communications consent

By submitting the quote form, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from matched contractors about your project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out with any individual pro at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
